IT WORKS
Step
One: Get In Touch
All you have to do at this point is
pick up the phone and call me toll-free on 1-888-PAUL-PAYS or
use the short form on the left. Any information that you share
with me is held in complete confidence. As a one-man operation
dedicated to providing you with great service, I answer my own
phone. If you end up getting voice-mail, however, just leave a
message. I'll call you right back.
Step
Two: Provide Information
When we first talk, I'll ask a few basic
questions about the property and your situation. I will ask for
only the information that I need to make the best possible offer
that I can make. In the event that I am not able to help you for
some reason, I will do everything I can to either make an appropriate
referral or provide information so that you will not have wasted
your time talking to me.
Step
Three: Receive Offer
I make all of my offers in writing,
and I clearly explain in great detail how I arrived at my price.
I always offer the most that I can afford to pay for any given
property, so you don't have to worry about long, drawn out negotiations.
I put my best deal on the table from the very beginning.
Step
Four: Sell Property!
Once
we have come to an agreement, I work around your needs and your
schedule to make the closing as easy as possible. I can close
as quickly as necessary (in days if that is what it takes), or
we can delay the process for as much time as you might need.
